Take advantage of the technical benefits of plastic conveyor belts
The side panels are made of highly compressed PP granulate. In combination with the link belt, we have created a conveyor belt that is made almost entirely of plastic.
The conveyor belts can be used in a temperature range from +5 to +100 °C (optionally up to +150 °C). 10 mm high side edges on both sides seal the belt against the ingress of small parts. The cleats are 25 mm high and extend across the entire width to the side edge.
The PP belt is more robust and durable than a textile belt. Damaged belt links can be replaced quickly and easily without having to replace the entire belt. Another advantage is the integrated, fixed guide of the link belt. This allows it to operate without re-tensioning or alignment.

The V-secu flow series consists of closed links with a smooth surface that work without tensioning or alignment. It is robust, impact-resistant, and chemical-resistant. If damaged, it can be quickly replaced. The cleats are flush with the edge of the board and are particularly suitable for transporting small parts. The belt operates at temperatures from +5 to +100°C (optionally up to +150°C). The 10 mm high board edges prevent small parts from falling through. The cleats are 25 mm high and run across the entire width of the belt. In addition, the fixed guidance of the link belt ensures stability.
Latest engine technology
According to German standard, motor 120 W/50 Hz. Flexible installation/
removal thanks to connection to PTV interface. PTV mini interface for control via external contact included as standard.

Lightweight base frame
With flexible quick-adjustment device V-secu flott for height adjustment of the conveyor belt without additional tools. Dimensions and adjustment options are customized to customer specifications.

with high load capacity and stop system are included as standard equipment.

Electronic control is provided by a modern control system and features a gear motor that complies with the latest German standards.
